Our meetings are structured and last an hour to ninety minutes.  We ensure everyone exchanges business cards (please be sure to bring at least twenty cards).  Everyone has the opportunity to address the group and introduce their business and what type of referral or leads you require for your business, you also have the opportunity to let us know of any needs you currently have, for example, if you are looking for an assistant, a new printer, health insurance, etc.  We encourage members to write down on the back of your business card what you are currently looking for, even though they may not know someone right now, they may meet someone next week or even tomorrow that could be a good referral for you.  Writing down this information helps everyone to remember when its in their own words and handwriting.  At KNFW we believe that your needs are a referral for someone else and individuals in a a sales related role all have needs.  If you are comfortable sharing that with the group you attend, we would love to help you.
